Miami likes to control the clock on the road and pound the ball on the ground. Cincy averages 18 points at home this season and the Miami defense should give the struggling Palmer even more trouble. CINCINNATI is 9-1 UNDER (+7.9 Units) vs. mistake free teams - 42 or less penalty yards per game over the last 3 seasons.
